Balsamic Jam Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. balsamic vinegar
- 2 T. your favorite jam
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Whizz all ingredients together with an immersion blender or small food processor.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
