Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound pan seared shrimp
  • 5 ounces mixed greens
  • ½ red onion thinly sliced
  • cup apple cider vinegar
  • cup water
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 radish thinly sliced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta
  • 1 avocado diced
  • handful multigrain tortilla chips crushed
  • green goddess dressing

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, stir the water, honey, and vinegar until combined. Add the red onion and let sit for at least 20 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, shrimp, sliced radish, cherry tomatoes, feta, tortilla chips, and avocado. Drain the red onions and add them too.
  • Add green goddess dressing and toss to combine. Enjoy immediately.
