Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cookies

These chewy  Gluten-Free Oatmeal Cookies are such a great catch-all for tasty mix ins.

INGREDIENTS

– unsalted butter – brown sugar – sugar – egg – gluten-free all         purpose flour – gluten-free old         fashioned oats – baking soda – kosher salt

Beat butter & both sugars for four minutes on med speed.

Add the egg, beating on medium speed only until combined.
