Gluten Free Pound Cake

Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Eggs

Baking powder

Gluten free all purpose flour

Sugar

Kosher salt

Vanilla extract

Sour cream

Beat butter & sugar until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating until incorporated.

Beat in half of the flour mixture, then repeat with the other half.

Beat in the sour cream & vanilla. Pour the batter into a greased pan & bake.

Let the gluten free pound cake cool, then enjoy!
