Gluten Free Double Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

Melt the dark chocolate chips & milk, then set aside.

Cream the butter and sugar until light, fluffy, and pale.

Stir in the melted but cooled chocolate.

Add the eggs & mix until incorporated.

Add the dry ingredients & mix until incorporated.

Stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop cookies onto sheet pan & bake.
