Gluten Free Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients:

Milk

Eggs

Mozzarella sticks

Spices

Gluten-Free Flour

Gluten-Free Breadcrumbs

Make your dredging station. Set your bowl of eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs side by side.

Coat a mozzarella stick in gluten-free flour, tapping off the excess.

Dip the flour-coated mozzarella stick in egg.

Then coat it in gluten-free breadcrumbs.

Coat the mozzarella stick in the egg mixture one more time.

Dredge the mozzarella stick one more time in breadcrumbs.

Fry the gluten free mozzarella sticks in hot oil.
