INGREDIENTS:

Butter

Sugar

Brown sugar

Egg + yolk

GF flour

Baking soda

Kosher salt

Rolled oats

Chocolate chips

Crispy edges, soft centers, and plenty of melty chocolate, these gluten free chocolate chip cookies are addictively delicious! They vanish all too quickly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a bowl.

In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream butter and both sugars for 3 minutes on medium speed.

Add the egg and yolk to the butter mixture and beat on medium speed until well combined.

Add the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt to the butter mixture and beat together until thoroughly combined.

Add the chocolate chips to the bowl and beat again until the chocolate chips are mixed evenly throughout the batter.

Using a small cookie scoop, place 8 scoops of cookie dough onto a parchment lined sheet pan.

Bake for 10 to 11 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the center is light and looks slightly underdone.
