These roasted butternut squash halves are super easy to make!

Ingredients:

Butternut squash

Unsalted butter

Pumpkin pie spice

Brown sugar

Kosher salt

Place the squash on its side and cut the top off of it

Slice it vertically down the center so you have two halves.

Use a spoon to scoop out the goop and seeds.

Mix together the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice.

Brush both halves of the squash with melted butter and generously coat with the brown sugar mixture.

Roast at 400 degrees until easy to pierce with a fork.
