Healthy baked apples are easy to make with these easy-to-follow steps!

Ingredients:

Almond flour

Coconut oil

Apples

Quick cooking oats

Pecans

Cinnamon

Maple syrup

Brown sugar

Use a large spoon to scoop the stem and top off of the apple.

Use a paring knife to cut around the core, then use a small spoon to scoop it out and the seeds.

In a medium bowl, combine the pecans, brown sugar, almond flour, oats, & cinnamon.

Add the coconut oil and maple syrup, then use your hands to mix into a crumble.

Place the apples on a lined sheet pan. Brush the outside of the apples with melted coconut oil.

Stuff each apple with a quarter of the healthy oatmeal pecan filling.

Bake the apples in a preheated 350 degree oven until soft and fork-tender, about 35 to 40 min.
