Almond flour brownies are simple to make and you only need one bowl!

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate chips

Unsalted butter

Dark cocoa powder

Sugar

Eggs

Almond flour

Baking powder

Kosher salt

Chocolate chips

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt together the butter and dark chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 minute.

Stir mixture and microwave again for 30 seconds or until smooth and melted.

Add the cocoa powder and whisk until combined.

Add the sugar and stir until incorporated.

Add the eggs and stir until completely incorporated into the batter. Try not to over-stir.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt to mixture. Stir until completely mixed together.

Stir in the chocolate chips. Transfer the batter to a greased baking dish.

Bake for 30 to 32 minutes. Let the brownies cool before you cut them.
