Iced banana bread is simple to make and you only need one bowl!

Ingredients:

Brown sugar

Sugar

Vegetable oil

Mashed banana

Eggs

All-purpose flour

Baking powder

Baking soda

Kosher salt

Powdered sugar

Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl. combine the sugar, brown sugar, mashed banana, and vegetable oil. Mix well with a spatula.

Add the eggs and mix until incorporated.

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Stir until a smooth batter forms.

Pour the banana bread batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the banana bread cool for a few minutes, then drizzle the icing on top. It will set up as it cools.
