Ingredients:

Unsalted butter

Spices

Swordfish

Basil

Garlic

Lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a 12-inch oven-safe nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil.

1

In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the basil butter. Use a fork to mash them together.

2

Mix the seasonings together and generously season the top of each swordfish cut.

3

Place the swordfish into the skillet, seasoned side down. Let them sear for 4 minutes so they caramelize.

4

Use a thin-set spatula to carefully flip the swordfish cuts over.

5

Place the skillet into the preheated oven and bake until cooked all the way through, about 11 to 12 minutes.

6

Use an oven mitt to remove the hot skillet from the oven. Transfer the swordfish cuts to a plate & top with butter.
