Gluten Free Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients:

Whole milk

Kosher salt

Unsalted  butter

Gluten-free flour

Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.

Add the gluten-free flour and whisk until smooth.

Continue to cook and whisk the roux for 2 minutes.

Pour in 1/2 cup of the milk, whisking continuously.

Continue to gradually add the milk, whisking continuously. Cook until the sauce coats the back of a spoon.
