Gluten Free Ladyfingers

INGREDIENTS

- Eggs

- Sugar

- Gluten-Free Flour

- Baking powder

Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.

Whip the whites until frothy, gradually add the sugar, then whip to stiff peaks.

Fold half of the egg whites into the yolks, then add the sifted flour & baking powder.

Pipe the ladyfingers onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake until golden.
