INGREDIENTS

– unsalted butter - sugar - brown sugar - egg - vanilla extract - gluten-free flour - baking powder - kosher salt  - sprinkles

Cream butter, both sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Add the egg & mix until combined.

Beat in the dry ingredients until a cookie dough forms. Roll cookie dough balls in rainbow sprinkles.
