Healthy Apple Crumble Recipe

Ingredients:

Peel and chop the apples, then transfer to a large bowl.

Add the tapioca flour, cinnamon, lemon juice, maple syrup, & salt.

Use a large spoon to toss until well combined.

Pour the apple mixture into a greased baking dish.

In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumble topping.

Use your hands to mix it together until it forms a crumble.

Evenly top the apple mixture with the crumble mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes, then tent the apples and bake for 35 more.
