Pumpkin Pie in a Graham Cracker Crust

Ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, sugar, and spices.

Stir well, then add the eggs and the yolk to the pumpkin mixture.

Whisk until the eggs are completely incorporated.

Pour the half and half into the pumpkin mixture.

Carefully whisk until the half and half is mixed in.

Pour the filling into graham cracker crust and bake for 45 minutes.
