This gluten free brownie recipe is easy to make - in just one bowl!

Ingredients:

Dark chocolate chips

Unsalted butter

Dark cocoa powder

Sugar

Eggs

Gluten-free flour

Baking powder

Kosher salt

Chocolate chips

In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt together the butter and dark chocolate chips.

Stir until smooth, then stir in the cocoa powder.

Add the sugar to the bowl and stir it in.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition. Stir just until incorporated, don't overmix.

Add the gluten free all purpose flour, baking powder, and kosher salt. Stir, then add the chocolate chips.

Scrape the batter into a greased 8 by 8-inch baking pan and bake for 30 minutes.
