INGREDIENTS
APPLE FILLING:
– peeled & sliced
apples
– unsalted butter
– lemon juice
– brown sugar
– kosher salt
TOPPING:
–unsalted butter
– sugar
– brown sugar
– all-purpose flour
– lemon zest

Combine apples, lemon juice, brown sugar & kosher salt. Toss well.

For the topping, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, flour & lemon zest. Use your fingers to mix well.

In a large skillet, heat 1 ½ tbsp of butter on med-high heat.

Add apple mixture to a greased pan & cook until slightly soft.
Stir occasionally.
