Butter or oil

Eggs

All-purpose flour

Kosher salt

Sugar

Baking powder & soda

The only pancake recipe you'll ever need. They're ultra light and fluffy with the perfect sweetness. These pancakes really are the BEST!

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.

In a separate cup, combine the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Pour over dry ingredients.

Mix until well combined, then let the batter sit for 20 minutes. Don't skip this step!

Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, then add oil to the pan. Scoop three pancakes into the skillet.

Cook the pancakes for about three minutes per side. Repeat until all the batter is gone.
