These grain-free cassava pancakes are super easy to make with these quick steps!

Ingredients:

Baking powder

Cassava flour

Kosher salt

Almond milk

Eggs

Vegetable oil

Maple syrup

In a medium bowl add the cassava flour, baking powder, and kosher salt then stir with a fork or whisk. –

In a liquid measuring cup, measure the almond milk and then add the eggs, maple syrup and oil. Whisk together.

Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients. Whisk until a pancake batter forms.

Use a portion scoop to scoop the pancake batter into a hot nonstick skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, then flip & cook 3 more.
