– Brussel sprouts
– olive oil
– maple syrup
– country Dijon
mustard
– apple cider vinegar
– kosher salt

Heat oil in a skillet
over med heat.
Cut off the ends of
the Brussel sprouts
& slice in half lengthwise.

Season with salt.
