Easy Candied Brussels Sprouts

These candied brussels sprouts are full of flavor and a cinch to make!

INGREDIENTS

– Brussel sprouts – olive oil – maple syrup – country Dijon          mustard – apple cider vinegar – kosher salt

Stir together olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar & kosher salt.

Heat oil in a skillet  over med heat.  Cut off the ends of  the Brussel sprouts  & slice in half lengthwise.

Add Brussel sprouts, cut side down, to hot oil & cook for 4 minutes.  Season with salt.

Stir & cook Brussel sprouts 3-5 minutes. Add maple syrup mixture & cook one more minute.

Transfer Brussel sprouts to a serving plate and...
