These gluten-free banana muffins are super easy to make with these quick steps!

Ingredients:

Vegetable oil

Brown sugar

White sugar

Mashed banana

Eggs

Gluten-free all-purpose flour

Baking powder + soda

Kosher salt

Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine oil, both sugars, and mashed banana. Stir well.

Add the eggs and mix until incorporated

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and kosher salt to the batter.

Stir well until a batter forms. If desired, add the chocolate chips and stir to combine.

Scoop the batter into the muffin tin all the way to the top of each hole. You should get 10 muffins total.

Bake until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
