Ingredients:
Vegetable oil
Brown sugar
White sugar
Mashed banana
Eggs
Gluten-free all-purpose flour
Baking powder + soda
Kosher salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine oil, both sugars, and mashed banana. Stir well.
