Let's get started!

These buttermilk pancakes are super easy to make with these quick steps!

Ingredients:

Baking powder

Baking soda

All-purpose flour

Kosher salt

Unsalted butter

Egg

Buttermilk

Honey

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine.

1

In a liquid measuring cup, combine the buttermilk, egg, and honey. Whisk to combine.

2

Pour the melted butter and the buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients.

3

Stir to combine. Don't overmix! Let the pancake batter sit for 10 minutes.

4

Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. The skillet should be hot before you add the pancakes!

5

Once the skillet is hot, add a little bit of canola oil to it. Use a large cookie scoop to scoop 3 pancakes into the skillet.

6

The pancakes spread a little bit as they cook. Cook until the bottom is golden brown and you see lots of bubbles, about 3 to 4 minutes.

7

Flip the pancakes and cook until the center is cooked through, about 3 minutes.

8

Repeat with the remaining batter. Enjoy immediately!
