My Favorite Gluten Free Easter Desserts
Here's a list of my favorite gluten-free spring desserts! I know you will love them as much as I do. There's a few dairy-free options as well.
1. Gluten Free Key Lime Bars
These GF key lime bars are SO good. The crust is rich and buttery which tastes incredible against the sweet but tangy curd.
These bars are a tiny bit dangerous! I'll eat the whole pan if I'm not careful. They're freezer-friendly which means you can make them ahead of time.
2. Gluten Free Strawberry Crisp
A must-try if you love strawberries! This gluten free strawberry crisp has a sweet, jammy filling with a little bit of lemon to enhance the strawberry flavor.
It's topped with a buttery, pecan oat crumble and it's so easy to make! Truly the hardest part is waiting for it to bake.
3. Gluten Free Italian Cream Cake
My husband loves this cake! And so do I!
Italian cream cake is a moist, almond flavored cake that's packed with shredded coconut and chopped pecans. This gluten-free version is seriously amazing!
My husband is NOT gluten-free and he can't get enough of it.
4. Homemade Reese's Eggs (Dairy-free)
I love to find gluten-free treats my kids can help make! These homemade "Reese's" eggs taste amazing and they're made with wholesome ingredients like peanut butter and maple syrup - no additives!
Just, mix, freeze, and dip! My kiddos love to help shape and dip the peanut butter eggs.
5. Gluten Free Carrot Cake Cupcakes (Dairy-free)
These gluten-free carrot cupcakes are moist, delicious, and perfectly spiced. They're also dairy-free! If you prefer dairy, just swap the dairy-free products with their dairy-full alternatives (example: cream cheese).
You can double the recipe and make it into a cake too!

These decadent fudge brownies are topped with crispy candy coated easter eggs! I love a good brownie and these are everything you want and more - ultra-chocolatey and super fudgy,
They're so fun and festive!
7. Gluten Free Lemon Bars
These are very similar to the key lime bars above, only these feature a tangy lemon filling! I love love love these bars!
You can cut them as big or small as you like. I cut and freeze them so I can munch on one anytime the craving strikes.
8. Gluten Free Sour Cream Pound Cake
I have high standards for pound cake! It should have a moist, buttery texture with a sweet, crispy top.
This gluten free pound cake hit all the marks! It's sure to be a hit at any Easter celebration.
9. Gluten Free Funfetti Sprinkle Cookies
These cookies make me so happy! I've always been obsessed with bright and cheery sprinkles.

These gluten free red velvet cupcakes are perfection! They're topped with a lusciously smooth cream cheese frosting.
11. Gluten Free Zucchini Bread
This gluten-free zucchini bread is what dreams are made of! It's perfectly moist, soft, and not too sweet.
I love it as-is, but it tastes amazing with cinnamon butter on top. Technically, this gluten free treat is acceptable during breakfast time too! Score.
12. Gluten Free Banana Bread (Dairy-free)
This is one of the most popular recipes on my website! Just check out all the glowing 5-star reviews. It's soft and moist with plenty of banana flavor.
It tastes amazing as-is but lends itself well to tasty mix-ins! Try walnuts, pecans, chocolate chips, or raisins.

13. Gluten Free Key Lime Pie
If you like a good pucker, this gluten free key lime pie is for you! It's sinfully creamy with a nice tang from the lime juice.
I used gluten free gingersnaps for the crust, but gluten free graham crackers work great too! I like Simple Mill's honey cinnamon grahams. Just be careful, you may eat the whole box before you even bake with them.

I will always be team sprinkles. They transform any treat into a fun and festive bite! These gluten free funfetti cupcakes feature a soft vanilla cake with bright jimmies speckled throughout.
